Return:
DOTSLEVEL offers a 30 day, return/replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. DOTSLEVEL will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order. All product categories will be Replaced within 30 days from the delivery date only if the Wrong/Damaged product is delivered. Sizing issue of any product/s will not be considered as eligible for return in DOTSLEVEL.

Refund:
In case of eligible refund, usually refund process timeline takes 24-72 hours from the time of refund request by the buyer.

Cancellation:
DOTSLEVEL offers a Full Refund on order cancellation option before the item/s status updated as Shipped in the Order Tracking Page.
