I received my order and want to return/exchange it. How do I do that?

I received my order and it is incorrect! What do I do?
Oh no! We will get you the correct items asap. Please email support@dotslevel.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image with detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. 

I received my order and an item is damaged! What do I do?
Please email support@dotslevel.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

I’m unsure about a size. How can I get help?
You can view our sizing chart under each item which has size variation, which helps you with sizing and fit questions.

Go to this Tracking Page. Pease use your Order no. and Billing email address to track your shipment in real time.

Will I pay for custom fees?
Yes, SMDS is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
